Massage is wonderful during pregnancy and allows Mum to experience the benefits of relaxing and baby to enjoy the calmness and balancing that massage offers. Having a baby is a very nurturing time for everyone involved. However, as a Mum to be we can not provide the best care to others if we do not look after our own health.
We don’t encourage massage in the first trimester of pregnancy. However during the second and third trimester it is perfectly safe. Pregnancy massage is a specialised treatment and it is important that you are treated correctly and kept comfortable to achieve optimal results from the massage.

This gentle massage is designed to promote deep relaxation and stress reduction. The gentle flowing strokes help to energise as well as revitalise the body, reducing muscle cramps and joint pain. Safe side lying positions with extra body pillows to aid comfort for the client enhances the experience.
