Welcome to Klemzig Massage and Health for your first Massage
On your first visit you will need to fill out a Medical History Form. On this form you will need to disclose medical information and history about yourself that will assist me to provide the best massage for you.
I recommend that on your first visit you arrive about 15 minutes early so you have time to fill out the medical history form and we can have a chat so we can work together to reach your treatment goals. I ask that for every visit you be early or on time so you receive the benefits of the whole appointment time and we don’t have to cut the treatment time short. Clients are required to wear underwear for all treatments.
Initial Treatment: 75 – 90 minutes appointment time.
